Shipping & Return Policy

We try to ensure all of our products are in stock, however due to high demand we some items may be oversold or no longer available. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you via an email or phone call and provide a full refund.

We use our own specialist courier service to carry our deliveries to ensure all your products arrive in perfect condition.

We require you to double-check all measurements thoroughly and ensure they are able to fit into your room of choice. It is important to measure any narrow openings, doorways and staircases to ensure there is enough room for the parts to get through. Delivery time is approx 14-21 days from order date. Your item will be delivered by our specialist courier and most deliveries will be completed by a pallet service with a kerbside delivery closest to your home.

 

Returns:

1. Is returning hassle free?

Our aim to ensure every customer has full confidence when buying with us, having the liberty to return should they need or wish to and we try to make this as easy and quick as possible.

2. Can I return an item?

Absolutely! If your item is unfortunately damaged, defective and you wish to return your items, you simply need to email dilussobeds@gmail.com to get the ball rolling. It would speed up the process if you provide images and part numbers if necessary. A representative will be in touch and advise the process.

3. How long do I have to return an item?

We accept returns on items that have not been used or damaged by the customer within 7 working days. If 7 days have passed since your item has arrived, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless exceptional circumstances accepted by management apply.

We can not accept returns for bespoke/custom made items, this includes our entire beds collection, so please consider this before ordering.
